Great customer service. Yes, there can be a wait and they do need more floor staff. Maree who helped us with purchase was great and so were the two guys that work in the furniture pick up at the back. Friendly and helpful.

Bad customer service. You wait for staff if you find someone and everything they do with place order to providing information and sale help takes ages. Brought a couch which took an hour and I already knew what I wanted. Then follow up service was terrible as I had to call numerous times when they said they would call me back by a certain day. Just overall bad customer service.

Bought 2 new leather couches, waited 3 months to be delivered and when they finally arrived, one couch was missing the legs. Freedom very unhelpful. Didn't take full responsibility for the failure. Staff kept deflecting blame and haven't yet provided a redelivery date or resolution. Very disappointed with the experience considering the money I spent. Essendon DFO customer service very disappointing. For such a large company you would think there customer service would be better. Havw had better experiences with small companies. Won't be going back in a hurry
