This store is amazing! So beautifully styled and inspiration everywhere you turn. I’ve purchased a couple items from the store over the past months and each visit has been so much fun and I’ve left with exactly what I was after.nnMy first experience was with Hannah, we got along very well and I felt super comfortable buying my first new major purchase from a furniture store. I love my Lexi dining table and Selena dinning chairs and Hannah helped me make the right selection and didn’t mind how long it took me to make up my mind. The end result…perfect selection and it suits my space so well.nnLast week I went back again to buy some cushions for my couch to tie in with the Lexi table and Selena chairs. There were so many to choose from and in the end I asked for some help and I’m so glad I did. Rosa and Kate were extremely insightful as to what would look best with my current design. I got home and put the cushions and throw on the couch and couldn’t believe how well it turned out.nnThe staff are very well informed and so helpful and patient.
A big thank you to Hannah. She is truly a superstar. She went over and above to assist me. Her vibrant energetic personality and customer focus provided me with exceptional service. A great experience! Loving our new capiz pendant in our entrance!
Big shout out to Elton P who was the best sales person I’ve ever dealt with. Elton went above and beyond to help me purchase my new couch and was such a friendly, vibrant person to be around! Couldn’t have been happier with my experience with Elton at Freedom Essendon!
All staff are lovely and extremely helpful but Special mention to Hannah. She is a super star! The time, patience and care that she has put into my vision for my home has blown me away! A very honest person who wants to see you truly happy with your purchases and not just about making sales. Thank you!
My parcel should come in week but Still we haven’t receive our parcel it’s been 3 weeks! What a shame on you freedom Essendon .stop lying to costumer improve the delivery service instead of giving us wrong information women. So regret to buy mattress from you that day. I have rang and updated my situation and still nothing happened . Better refund my money back. Very bad service big disappointment. Never going Oder from this store. Horrible experience.
