Very unfriendly staff, it is assumed you are stealing but the security guard always hassles the least likely or 'easy targets'. There is a real elitists culture in this store but I cannot see why. Go online.

Staff are just too good! Friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Every single time. I wont go anywhere else.  Shout out to Rene. What a gun! The master of deciphering what music you want just from humming.

I purchased a phone from JB Saturday at 4.50pm. 
Closing time. 
Nick ( I think manager) stayed back to complete the transaction and mobile phone plan. 
My phone was having an issue with call restrictions/teltra provider.  

Telstra were not helpful and I left the store with a phone still unable to make calls. 

A quick visit to JB and Nick and Nathan were able to sort my tech issue.
Both very polite and the issue took some detective work/tech skills on their part.
