A big thank you to Paul and the team at MLN Richmond for your excellent service and value. Recently had my work Venom PC 2015 build upgraded and it is running better than ever. Product is a quality build and has stood the test of time. Paul was really helpful and great to deal with and the personable support for a great Venom product was very refreshing.
We needed a complete system and network upgrade for our business - and honestly when it comes to the IT side of things we didn't have the first clue where to start. On the recommendation of a friend we went to see Paul at MLN. We could not be happier with the outcome. He came to site, established what was needed, what could be retained, and provided a fair and competitive price. He then set it all up for us, did not try and over sell things and really simplified a process that had seemed so daunting at the beginning. Paul went over and beyond and on behalf of this small business we have no hesitation in recommending the team at MLN.
Paul and the team provided a great service to replace my MacBook Pro display after the screen stopped working properly due to a know manufacturing fault and Apple refusing to address it as under the consumer law they will only repair the machine that is less than 4 years old! Needless to say I will not invest in another Apple computer after this but thanks to MLN I got the old machine repaired for a fraction of the cost of a new one. Highly recommend their service, they turned around the repair in one day and communication was flawless. Keep up the good work guys!
Paul was super friendly and sourced exactly the laptop that I wanted. The data transfer was done seamlessly and on the same day as I requested. Highly recommended service.
The frame of my laptop was coming apart, which i have been told is a very common problem with Acer latops and they were able to fix this issue very quickly. Paul was super friendly & efficiently & was able to fix the issue for an exceptional price. They even bolted the other side of the laptop to prevent future problems. I would strongly this laptop repair shop as i am very happy with their service!! Thank you very much.
Service was prompt and super professional and efficient. Paul was able to answer my questions acurately and diagnose the problem. He went out of his way to get the parts and repair done quickly for me to meet a deadline. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost. Will always come back here for any PC issue or accessory.
Paul the Manager at MLN Richmond has provided excellent after sales service over the last 5 years. He has quickly understood the problems and delivered speedy efficient - and effective - service and solutions. Highly recommended.
I dropped in as the kids had removed a couple of keys on my laptop. They went out the back, found some and fixed it straight away and said "You care a valued Venom customer" enjoy your day. Just amazing people and equipment and is why it is the only place I would buy a computer.
The level of service i received from Paul was absolutely fantastic. Someone that actually does what they say they're going to do and at a very fair price. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
Excellent service. Replaced a laptop screen. Ordered it in and fixed in just over an hour, cleaned the laptop inside and out. Much better service than my last place. Highly recommend these guys.
