As a long-time M... Superstore supporter, I was intrigued by AMA Store's offerings. While initially skeptical, my experience at their Keilor location was impressive, as they went above and beyond to cater to potential customers.nnIn contrast, the other M... superstore Competitor up the road has changed in recent years, and the best they could offer me was a 4% discount on a helmet and communication set. However, AMA Store offered a 10% discount on the total sale, resulting in a substantial saving of $190.nnI am now a satisfied customer of AMA Store, impressed by their customer-centric approach in an era of businesses prioritizing profit maximization.
Every time I have been to this store you're left on your own. No staff offer help nor talk to you. Their attitude is extremely poor, customer service does not exist. Better off spending your money at MCAS down the road.
Anthony provided the most wonderful service! He was great in helping us pick safety gear for our 11 year old son. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. So 5 stars for the staff!nHowever, there was absolutely no heating in the shop. When getting the kids to change, their lips turned blue! Maybe some heating would go a long way! Felt sorry for the staff working there all day.
On a recent visit to the store I received Excellent customer service, and found a great range of products. We shopped in a very clean and well presented store.nMatt in the Hat happily offered to install a pin lock visor on my new helmet I purchased while I was there.nHe was very knowledgeable off the cuff when I asked questions about helmets.nHe respected my budget limit and didn't try and upsell me out of my price range. I felt no pressure to purchase or any pressure to finalise my purchase and will return to store again for any future bike gear I Need. I was also impressed that I was not treated like a woman who had no idea about bike gear. Unlike another branded store further down the road on past visits there.nSo far 3 AMX stores I have visited over the years have been very very helpful.nKeep up the great work team.nWell be back.
Staff were super unhelpful having walked passed me several times and not asking if I needed help. One staff member was also very sexist towards a female shopper. I recommend taking the trip to Epping for a much better experience.
