Strange how staff differ. One can’t do enough for you and the other only gives you the time of day.

Great delivery service and friendly staff. Having something sent out the same day when I ordered at 12.30 is amazing service especially in a very busy December.

A pathetic company who provide no customer service especially in the render texture area.The staff are all working on a fixed wage  and whether they help you or not their pay packets remain the same as opposed tona business owner that actually wants your business.There is a small family company called Ultratex who manufacture their own productnlocallyKealba.Great product and unbelievable customer service.

Worst customer service and worst delivery. I made an order at 12:30 pm and it's 5:12 pm now and they haven't showed up yet. Cannot be worse than that
