My first time back on a bicycle in a long time. The staff at 99 Bikes made this a very welcoming and informative experience. I’m very happy with the communication, and time Beau took to explain the differences in the bikes I was considering, and his advice based on experience left me feeling like I am about as prepared as I can be at this stage. Prices here are about as competitive as anywhere else.nI’ll be a returning customer here for all of my bike needs.
True to their slogan, the world’s most approachable bike shop. Went there a couple of days ago to buy a new helmet. Didn’t know which one to get and which size. A staff helped me go through the selection and even made sure I got the right size. Very happy with their customer service. 10/10 would recommend.
Got everything I need for my first bike. John the one who helped me setup everything from choosing the bike, accessories and bike rack. Very helpful and very friendly and fast service!! Highly recommended!!
Airplanes don’t fall out of the sky because of regular maintenance. I am my own bicycle mechanic. My right side brake and shifter combo broke. I was sold both left and right side brake/shifter combos. The sales staff were polite and professional towards me. In terms of product quality and pricing, it was a very good deal. Well done 99.
I picked up my son’s bike today really happy with the bike but not the customer service. Sales person who helped me to choose the bike was good and he arranged the bike ready so soon . But the person was in the counter who handed over the bike had really poor next to nothing customer service or respect not sure what standard he was looking of the customer to deliver customer service he was obviously not busy but he was in a rush to get rid of us . Shameful customer service
