I've visited various shops in Melbourne looking for a bike but I did not find what I was looking for. I decided to drove up to Hoppers crossing and wow what a surprise very nice shop, super clean, very well organised and the most important with large range of bike options. The staff was very friendly and they understood what I needed and also what did fit into my budget. Finally, they did help me put my new bike into my car as I could not done it by myself. Thank you guys...

I went here not knowing a thing about bmx bikes. I left there with an awesome bike for my son and for the best price. My oldest step son was impressed with the bike I came home with all thanks to the staff member that helped me out. He was very knowledgeable and was happy to help. Great customer service.

Great customer service on my visit recently to buy a new helmet for my son. Tim at Hoppers was friendly and offered good information and alternatives for me to choose from, allowing me to make an informed choice for myself. My son is very happy with the choice! Will be back, thanks!

Went to the Hoppers crossing store bought new tires oil and tubes they fitted for a reasonable price fast and helpful. Good value and great range. Will buy my next bike from them for sure.

I brought in my kids' bikes for some minor "repairs" - damaged tube, broken chain etc. The customer service was outstanding and the work was done promptly and very well. Many thanks Ollie! Appreciate the effort. The kids' bikes need to be updated soon and I will be sure to come back to your shop then.
