Gray's Health and Fitness

I have seen Grays Fitness around for ages but never considered buying equipment from them for my home gym. I needed a leg press and went to Grays to see what they had. Their service as incredible and very customer focused. They weren’t pushy and let us browse their extensive range before we decided to buy. They went out of their way to give us great advice and even better service. We organized delivery and the leg press arrived in time. The delivery guys were superb and were very careful when installing the equipment. They went out of their way to ensure the equipment was in the right spot without us having to do anything. Great experience and will buy my equipment from here in future.

We have been disappointed with the poor service from Grays. We purchased and paid for two pieces of equipment and waited a month for them to be reconditioned. After we were advised the work was finished and numerous calls and emails later, we found out that the equipment was not dispatched for a further two weeks and when it was, it was sent with a trucking service from Melbourne via Adelaide to Brisbane with no firm delivery date. Finally delivery was organised for a Monday morning two weeks after dispatch, and we made arrangements to be available to supervise the heavy equipment being placed in position in our new medical gym. Instead it was delivered on Sunday afternoon with no prior contact, and left in the corridor for the doctor and secretaries to manoeuvre into the gym. The equipment is in working order but the spin bike has a minor fault. It is very hard to recommend this company, especially if you are a one-off purchaser with a relatively small order.
