Absolutely PATHETIC customer service. I wrote a detailed email about a concern I had and they haven't even bothered to reply. 
Don't bother with this company.
Bypass these useless importers and spend your money elsewhere.

For the second time in a row, a bike shop has ordered a new compression adjust lever for a 2014 Rockshox Monarch RC3 shock and Monza sent them the wrong part.

Thanks for wasting all of our time again, Monza. You suck balls.

BTW I tried to send Monza this feedback directly via their web site's contact page: "Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method." Well done
