Great service always at this store. Shout out to Tom. From walking me through all my options within my budget and figuring out what bike would be best for me, to giving tyre recommendations for the sort of riding I do. I would definitely recommend this store.
Fabulous customer service. We were helped by a young guy named King. A befitting name as he literally meted out the royal treatment. Answered all our questions, was extremely polite and had excellent product knowledge and advice. Besides purchasing the bike we ended up buying another $300 worth of accessories. Will definitely be returning to purchase more bikes.
Bought Dual Sport 1 about a month ago, and when I came back to swap and upgrade to Dual Sport 2, there was a sale which started a week ago. Technically I was not supposed to get the sale price, but no questions asked - I got the sale. Super happy! And yea upgrade was very much worthwhile even if I had to pay 200 extra originally I got 50 back because of sale.. Very good customer service..
Sam was absolutely fabulous! He was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable & personable. Especially when supporting my 12yr old daughter! If it wasn’t for all of these attributes, I probably wouldn’t have bought the Trek bike for my daughter that day.
Went with my brother who bought a Trek Marlin 8 about a month ago. Very friendly and helpful service. Went back within 30 days after realising we wanted more bike and the same person served us. He organised our upgrade and we walked out happy with a replacement Roscoe 7. No complaints at all.
I would like to say that Tim, even though having a difficult day with warranties, went out of his way to find the product that I was looking for, even though it was a low cost item and deep within the warehouse upstairs somewhere, he was still more than happy to find the items I required. It's always a pleasure to deal with Tim at the Trek Store in Hoppers. I highly recommend to ask for Tim for your next purchase at Trek Hoppers, as he has a lot of experience in the industry.
Brought in my bike from Sydney with damage di2 cable. King is the man , he helped me to install the new cable and DI2 battery, not to mention today is the boxing day. Now i can get on my bike to ride melbourne road. The best customer service ever !!! Thank you King - see you on Sydney Road .

Trek Hoppers Crossing has fantastic customer service with a smile and they sell high quality products at a competitive price. I would highly recommend them.
Great service, helpful decision-making recommendations & suggestions. Non pushy sales speeches and friendly team. Loved the fact that they took time to answer our questions and gave their own feedback/ perspectives on the pros and cons of the different models of the Merlin. Will be back if we’re buying a bike again!
