Amazing service and expertise. Had an ongoing issue with an old bike frame and couldn't seem to find a solution for it. Marcus and his team were very helpful and provided some options to get things back on track. Their friendly and thoughtful approach went a long way helping novices like me find an economical and tailored solution.

Best sports store geelong has to offer Stefan in bike serving has been fantastic in looking after my bike for me and Connor and his customer service skills have helped me understand bikes better than ever All of my sporting goods will be bought from D Gees and there flexible opening hours really help seeing as I'm out and about on weekends needing fast repairs and upgrades and these guys bring it The lack of bike supply hurts but hopefully that gets back on order to buy soon
A big thanks to the Geelong Team for the awesome customer service with our recent home gym purchase. They kept me up to date on the status of the back order and had it delivered super fast when it arrived. This is the second piece of fitness equipment we have bought from Intersport and no doubt it won’t be the last.

Today, I came into the store because, I was late to work due to unreliable public transport and my phone needed to be charged. The staff were so kind and helpful and let me charge my phone! I just wanted to say a big thank you for your help and great service.
A shout out to Mark who in my last two visits to update my road cycling gear and tweak out my road bike for better fit for the Great Ocean Road ride, was incredibly knowledgable, helpful and had a generosity of spirit that is so rare these days. Thank you Mark, I'll be back! :D
