When I walked into the store I was greeted by Shane and I told him how I was interested in buying a new bike because my current bike was hurting my back and in a state of near disrepair. Shane said he could easily sell me a new bike but I should bring my bike in to see what condition it was in and have it fitted properly. I brought it in a few days later and Shane spent a good half hour adjusting and fiddling with the bike and fixed my cleats so the bike was much more comfortable to sit on, I left overnight to have it serviced and replace some very worn out parts including cassette, chain and extremely bright back light with USB charging, brake cables, brake pads, bar tape. In the end I paid a fraction of the price for a new bike for what now feels like a brand new bike and is hopefully going to reduce my back and hip pain. I am extremely happy with the service and will definitely be going back for any future purchases and servicing.

Evan J was fantastic, I was shopping for a new pair of shoes and he was very patient and helpful. He gave me a great rate and even fitted my cleats for me. I will definitely be shopping there in future.

No assistance... walked around the shop twice n still no help. Shop had 1 other customer.... 2 staff available 👎 They just lost sale of up to 1000

We recently purchased 2 new bikes and accessories from Bicycle Superstore. We had spent in excess of $2000, paid for them in full and indicated we would collect the following week. It was agreed they would fit the accessories and change the tyres that was suitable for road use. On collecting the bikes the accessories were fitted and they still had the cross country tyres on them. I was told to try them and he would order in the tyres l wanted and agreed on the cost. I called 2 weeks later to find the tyres haven't been ordered and the discount l received at point of purchase on accessories had differed. Obviously once l collected the bikes the service stopped there.

I purchased a new bike from here a couple of weeks back only to walk in this week to see that the bike I had bought was $150 less... I was very annoyed >:( but what was more annoying was when a Bearded guy came over and asked me if I was ok... I told him that I had just bought this bike and now its heaps cheaper and im not happy... he said, sorry but we dont find out about the specials until ONE day out from the sale.. well thats just BS.. im calling you out... he then slinked away and whispered to this other guy behind the counter... they both slinked away and made sure they didn't make eye contact with me because they are obviously gutless wonders who shouldn't be in retail... never offered me anything to make it right... or discount on my next purchase etc... oh... the reason I was back in the shop was to buy two more bikes... well guess what... if you had dealt with me appropriately and didn't "slink" off like gutless wonders I'd have purchased two more bikes ... but now you can go to hell... I wont be back again...
