Whether you’re shopping for appliances, electronics, or home essentials, they’ve got a bit of everything. The store is well laid out, making it easy to find what you’re looking for, and it’s always clean and organised. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help without being pushy, which makes the whole shopping experience pleasant. Checkout is usually quick, and they often have great deals worth checking out. Definitely one of the better places to shop for home goods in the area
I went to The Good Guys Hoppers Crossing on the advice of my Daughter. Need a fridge, washing machine, dryer, and vacuum cleaner. Victor was great, showing all the alternatives, and had excellent knowledge. Very Happy With My Purchases.Photos to come when delivered.
I recently visited the store and they have a wide range of electronic appliances. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They offered us some great deals. I highly recommend visiting this store for buying anything from refrigerators to hair care products and wellness accessories.nnPlenty of parking space availablenWheelchair accessible
The 2 times I've been in this store recently have been such bad experiences. The first, my husband and I were planning on renovating our kitchen and we were looking to purchase all new appliances. The sales person we spoke to couldn't be less interested in talking to us so we gave up, left and ended up buying all our appliances from E&S Geelong. I was in this store again this afternoon looking to buy a new microwave and as I walked in with my kids I was greeted, asked what I was looking for and was told someone would meet me in the microwave section. I waited with my very impatient toddler for 20 minutes before I cracked it and said very loudly does anyone actually work here. The woman who greeted me came over to help me and gave the same energy as my previous visit that she just wasnt interested in serving me. She ended up palming me off to someone else who was equally uninteresting. I was ready to make a purchase on the spot of a full priced product but after waiting and experiencing their attitudes again, I was only offered floor stock. I would have happily gone with another model that was available if they had suggested it but they didnt even attempt to make a sale. I ended up leaving with nothing and I'll be purchasing elsewhere. I highly doubt I'll be back in the future. 2 strikes is enough for me.
- Whole range of electrical appliances here of almost all good brands including Bosch, Fischer & Paykel, Samsung, LG, Haier, Dyson, Philips etcn- The staff is polite and helpfuln- Mandy helped us with our stuff
