The Good Guys Hoppers Crossing

Ordered headphones online for a friend's birthday present. Called after a month of waiting and they supposedly put me on a priority list. No response for 2 weeks. Called again and apparently my item will be ready in 2 days and I will get a call when that's done. Waited another week. Called again and they said they don't have it and will call be back with an ETA. No response. Called back the next day, they have no idea when it will come, but now apparently I should get a call back within 5 days or I can have a refund. My friend is waiting 2 months for his present. Is it really that difficult to train staff who can offer good customer service to a frequent shopper?

This is actually a very good place to shop. Been here a few times and the staff are great. Julie served me several times and is excellent, even remembered my name (and I don't have a memorable face :). Prices are good and mostly negotiable, but for real deals keep an eye on eBay for their 20% off weeks.

Thank you so much! Your late hours and Saturday delivery during this long holiday weekend saved us from a huge loss as our refrigerator packed it in late Thursday evening. We had good service all the way and no drams!

Great products, but the hoppers crossing branch deserve a one star rating due to the POOR customer service. Purchasing online is more efficient. They kept us waiting for more than 30 minutes. When I approach for help, a Staff said she'll be there in a sec and I never saw again. Another staff wasn't familiar with the cost and quoted a different price to the price that was offered online (ended up having to search up the price myself). Lastly when I was about to check out the item, the lady asked if our name was in the system for our item. It wasn't, and she asked if we were served or did we take the portable air-con off the shelves....sorry the other staff who served us just gave us a trolley and told us to check out, the staff are extremely unhelpful! Sad fact was that we had to request a trolley for the bulky item. Did they expect us to drag it to the counter and then be accused of taking an item without consultation? Use to shop at this store for years, not coming back.
