We had an awesome purchase experience. The team at Werribee Nissan are friendly, inviting and very accommodating. Staff are knowledgeable on both sales and service queries. Jimmy Tuna is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with over the last 15 years - highly recommend him.

Very happy with the service At Werribee Nissan. Jimmy tuna was excellent to deal with and definitely knew everything about the car and showed me everything. The deal on the car was great too,best price I could find in Australia.Ramir from the finance department was very helpful as well, The whole crew at Werribee Nissan is excellent, Great service, I definitely recommend anyone to go and speak to Jimmy and crew there at Werribee Nissan. Service is excellent

Paul and the sales team at Werribee Nissan have once again delivered first class service. The transition from my Qashqai to a new X-trail was painless. The entire team were very attentive, kept me informed and delivered as promised. I highly recommend that anyone purchasing a Nissan visits Werribee. You won’t be disappointed!

Tried to book In a free service, was transferred to about 5 different departments, called the guy who sold me the car more than 5 times to leave a message in which he didn’t get back to me. What a joke. Something that should be a straight forward process, seems like everyone has their own idea of what the rules actually are. Save yourself the trouble, it’s just been a painful experience and really wish I never purchased from this place. I was also quite surprised when another Nissan dealer had mentioned that he wasn’t surprised at all! Considering that I had bought from Werribee Nissan. Was also advised that the dealer most closest to me did not sell the vehicle and therefore, cannot be of any more assistance which re-directed me back to the first dealer. Quite disgruntled in the after sales process; seems as though we got all the attention when we purchased initially, and it just went downhill from there.

sold me a Holden ute. Told me it was stock standard. had a engine swap in it and steering rack was not done properly. took it in about 6 times before to them and another place for repairs. Have been told it could have killed me if wasn't stolen and found with inspection. Has cost me thousands in repairs due to insurance not paying out because of their negligence. i would ask for a refund if i could. If buying second hand get your car inspected from a third party! I was going to but Ben assured me of their reputation and warranty! The least you could do to make up for it is to pay for my engine rebuild. since it isn't its original engine!
