I'll stick to the facts, after speaking to 2 salesmen we were assured that our trade in vehicle met their terms and conditions for minimum trade in. While negotiating the price we were told this isn't the case, their manager had informed them otherwise, unable to show us the terms and conditions for minimum trade in we kept with negotiations and agreed on a price. Upon picking up our brand new car, I noticed a sizable dent and scratches in the paint, across two panels, no explanation offered accept that these things can happen. We have been offered as much as a full tank of petrol upon return of the vehicle... Update: Picked up the car, half a tank of fuel, after numerous phonecalls and conversations I ended up calling again and speaking to the General Manager, polite and understanding he has given us our first paid service (excluding the 3000km service) free I'm happy to see that some can take the issue seriously and show great customer service

Had a very bad experience at Kia Caroline Springs, Karen's customer servie was very poor to say the least! I was very hesitant to attend another Kia dealer however Kelvin @ Werribee provided an amazing service. He listened to what I want and my expectation when it came to trade in, very respectful of my needs and wants. i left the dealership with a beautiful new car at an awesome price and felt the service was second to none. Thanks Kelvin you can expect referrals to your dealership!

Special thanks to Kelvin who went above and beyond what we expected of a salesman when we purchased a van for our business. Communication was great and Kelvin was always available if we had any questions and kept us updated. Thanks again!

in the last week Worst service ever. After making me sign a contract for a car they didn’t have, they lied to me about refunding my deposit, which I finally got 2 weeks later after having to chase it daily. I made several calls and emails that were left unanswered. Instead of an apology, I was accused of incorrectly writing my BSB number, which I didn’t. I emailed the General Manager to share my experience, and never received a response. The service I received was outrageous and I never got a single apology for it. If you want to purchase a KIA stay away from the Werribee dealership.

I had a very disappointing and bad experience with their sales team. Absolutely waste of time... I called and made an appointment but when I arrived, one of the sales team members said sorry someone just walked in and is going to do a test drive same time as I booked. Then I waited for 15 mins, however I noticed the person has actually made a decision after the test drive and going to purchase a car. I waited for one of their sales team members come and advise me about that but I didn't hear anything...until after 20 mins I asked them and guess what! they said yes we are selling the car but we will call you if the person pulled out the offer. I took time off and traveled for 45 mins to get there... very unprofessional customer service. I was also interested in another car in their website too but I decided not to bother myself with their services anymore.
