The most useless KTM dealership I've ever tried to deal with. And rude as well. KTM Newcastle it is for me. At least they know their parts.
I am always so pleased with Terry's workmanship, he has assisted me with all models and makes of bikes, from broken threads, cracked subframes, broken powerband actuator shafts, you name it I have broken it & Terry has fixed it for all my vintage bikes where no replacement parts are available, thanks Terry.....
Highly recommend this place. Ktm 85sx full rebuild kit, all off the shelf in shop.. Ktm 360 full rebuild including resleeve all in shop and parts all double checked and cross referenced for hi and my peace of mind. Terry's knowledge and willingness to help out my several questions to him at the shop and also over the phone isn't forgotten. Thanks mate
Good for parts only & even that's risky His dismissive toward customers. The last straw was telling me my bike was ready to pick up. Picked up the bike 3 days later with needing to stay there for 1 hour getting him to fix what it actually went in there for.
Only place to shop for KTM parts. Has huge inventory. Terry knows his trade and always willing to help. Comes across a bit gruff sometimes but that's just him. Been dealing with him since 03
Absolute legends. I was on my way to Lorne and my bike started jolting back and forth becoming aggressively dangerous. I was luckily directed to this store 15 minutes before they close. They took bike and did some diagnostics on it and found the problem and then gave me an oil change. They chatted with me the whole time. Turns out they have been riding for over 40 years and know bikes like the back of their hand. Fair pricing and great people. I wish I didn't live so far away from here. These guys are amazing. I cannot recommend them enough.
Excellent service from Terry.Ignition cover arrived to me in Sydney ,in less than 48 hours. Other dealer's had told me not available in Oz.Thankyou Werribee KTM. Will call you first when I need any other parts.regards Andrew.
twice i have ordered online for hard to find parts for my bike. Twice the parts have arrived within 2 business days. Top service will keep using
Just called this joint for a price on a service. Just by the tone of the bloke's voice, I could tell service would be poor. Wanted a VIN to tell me a price, didn't know intervals off the top of his head, very short and didn't want to beat a quote from another dealer. Wouldn't recommend.
This is a real motorcycle shop with customer service taking priority. You won't find a store that carries more genuine KTM spare parts or could give better advice than Terry at KTM Werribee. Even if it is a case of sourcing better value wheel bearings, Terry will go out of his way to help. Do yourself a favour and support these guys - they're a dying breed.
