They will simply go back on any quote given. Verbal or written. The sales team were great however the sales manager Myles went back on his own word and tried poaching another $500 simply because we had a smoke break from our discussion. Will be contacting Holden head office to see if this is how they treat their potential customers, as this is disheartening behaviour. Will not buy Holden again.

Great friendly professional Holden dealer. Free loan car was very clean and a great bonus. Will use again for puchasing and servicing Holdens great cars.

Never ever deal with this arrogant person from the Service Department - Leigh Tomlinson. He needs to be trained on customer's service!!! I wish I can give a negative star.

Just wanted to say how great all the team in the new car section are. From the moment I entered Ballan Holden, Rob Streuregger looked after me in a professional, courteous and friendly way. I am a pretty slow decision maker and he made me feel at ease from the beginning. Shout out aswell to Myles, Paul, Sandy and Phil. You are all fantastic people keep up the great work and I will be back!
