I always thought MAZDA is a good car. I have been driving brand new Mazda CX8 2021 since last year and I give Big Zero review to Mazda and its service. I have been driving for last 17 years, had 6 different cars in my life. This is the only time I am extremely disappointed with the vehicle I am driving. Regretful decision to purchase this car. Genuine review from my personal experience. Worst car ever. Something I can say is my family will not even go close to Mazda in their life. That's how much my family and people hate MAZDA. Such a worst thing and service to experience after paying that much of money. : Very unhappy customer.

I highly recommend this dealership. Everything was very smooth and easy. Took all of 15-20 minutes to complete paper work. I will do business again with them, if needed. They are ALL friendly and professional. Very highly recommended.

Up to Mazda Werribee for my recent transaction. I recently bought the MX30 and l absolutely love it! All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Aaron was very helpful to me and my husband,; and I know he’s passionate about his job. I had a smooth hassle free transaction with him from the beginning to end. I bought my car here 2 years ago after many appalling experiences with Geelong Mazda and its service department. Every interaction I had with the team at Werribee Mazda has been excellent, from the buying process to each service. I have to call out the amazing customer service provided by Barry and Joanne in the Service Centre. Every single time they are friendly, professional and informative. Definitely worth the trip up for that alone, and the car is always returned to me clean and in perfect working order.

We bought a band new Mazda3 Hatchback from Werribee Mazda recently. Aaron was the one who assisted us from the beginning. He was so nice and very helpful. He showed us all the vehicles available for the price range we were looking for. Luckily he found us this Mazda3 which was already being manufactured and will be shipped within a months time. He kept us updated on the status of our vehicle until the day we went to pick it up. We are very satisfied with the overall service provided by the Werribee Mazda.
