The service manager did a great job to keep me happy and assisted me with a loan vehicle. He was doing more than just normal duties to help me and his staff worked overtime to help me out. Good service Aaron and I appreciate the service you provided. The fifth star is missing due to the person that did not call me on the progress of my vehicle.

I would like to thank the team at Renault Werribee for their amazing customer service and attention to detail. Dominic Bui and Campbell Wightman really displayed a high level of professionalism throughout the entire sale process. I was amazed at how quick they responded to my needs. The best experience ever in buying a new car. Definitely worth dealing with this branch.

To whom it may concern, Nick was great nice bloke, but the used car sales manager was unprofessional screaming out his disgust in the offer I provided for the a 2014 RS megane white, 15k on the clock. I offered 28k, I was surprised of the level of unprofessionalism from the manager, not even coming out to discuss it, mate I was ready to buy, no time wasting,..... anyway ill go and buy a 275 rs and spend 35k ;) 4.8 star rating is not reflective of this dealership. I will not be purchasing here. Take care, G
