After walking in and out of a few different showrooms, we were very confused about what vehicle and what features we really wanted. Thanks to Katherine, we ended up with the best vehicle at the best price. She wasn't like every other sales person, she took the time to understand our requirements and made suggestions based on our needs. She also took the time to update us by phone and text messages, every step of the way. The whole process seemed effortless from start to end. I highly recommend Katherine as she was a pleasure to deal with.

Had another great experience from the team at Werribee Toyota, in particular the Sales Manager Nick Galea & on the day of pickup Chan. Very seamless transaction, they assisted from beginning to end. They were very honest in their proposal's & suggestion's and catered to my personal preferences after i outlined what i was looking for. Very happy to recommend their service's to anyone looking for a Toyota in the market, new or used!

The experience I had with a lovely young lady name Katherine, she was well mannered, friendly, I found her to be most helpful. Katherine comes highly recommended, I didn't feel any pressure. She is patient, understanding and took the time to understand my needs. If you want a super star sales consultant come and see Katherine. A very different sales person there should be more sales consultant like her.

I've only been here once but the service department was friendly, quick and professional. $180 capped price servicing is about as good as it gets. Chose this place over Anthony Smith, where I bought my car, where the service staff are rude, unprofessional and seem like they just don't care. I even sacrificed the $800 extended warranty that Anthony Smith scammed me into paying so I could get my car done here.
