iCar submitted a quote to my insurer within 24 hours of inspecting my car - kept me in the loop by email and text message. Work completed promptly to an excellent standard. Very kindly fixed the top of my gearstick that had fallen off and was not part of the smash repairs. Some green paint (from a carpark pylon mishap) was polished off, that was not part of the repairs. Highly recommend.

Beautiful work. Got a full respray done, including change of colour. Dents all fixed too. Work was beautiful like art. Price was very reasonable too with other smash repairers quoting so much for a full respray. These guys have got genuine skill.

You know you're car will be treated well by just the sheer cleanliness of the workshop and Ken is one of the friendliest people to deal with. Helped service my Holden and kept me up to date with all the work that was needed. The boys gave my car a new lease on life. Thanks Lads.

Best experience I have ever had with a mechanic. It's literally the first time a mechanic hasn't claimed to have found extra things wrong. In fact he told me that things I expected might need doing as I am close to 100k's didn't need to be done. He could have done them anyway but was decent enough to only fix what needed to be fixed. Highly recommended!

I drove a far distance from a friend's place to my home. Luckily, my car made it even though it was about to break down. They got right to it and saved me from having to go rent a car. I was very surprised (and happy) that it was taken care of without an appointment. I'll definitely go back.
