I recently purchased a vehicle and the salesman Milan was a great help. Friendly, informative and a pleasure to deal with. In fact all the staff I dealt with during the process were friendly and engaging. Highly recommended.

First time getting a brand new car and after research went for the Hyundai Tuscan active x, staff are lovely and friendly. Went there on a Thursday at 430 and took the car for a test drive straight away, the salesperson Luke didn't try to up sell anything which I like so I didn't feel pressured into getting anything I didn't won't. He did an awesome deal with me and with my trade in. And it only took a week to get my brand new car. Then alley (i think her name was) was lovely and stayed behind to finish off my purchase. And also the floor person he was also fantastic

We have been looking for a 7 seat new car and drove quite a long way to see some models, as our first option was a Hyundai. Once there, we were told "that one" and no assistance was provided whatsoever. No one showed any interest in us, even if the shop was not busy at all. After more that 10 minutes we decided to leave and went to the next shop where we've got a pretty good deal. The guys at Westside Honda are sending you their love :-). Sorry guys, really poor customer service today. It was sometime between 10:30 and 11:00am.

I love Hyundai cars, I have owned them for over 20 years, however, my recent new car purchase experience at Werribee Hyundai was such a horrible experience that I would never recommend them to anyone. In November I walked into the showroom knowing what I wanted, I was just looking for a good deal. The salesman was nice at first but once I signed on the dotted line he was so dismissive and didn’t really care about the sale. My first instinct was to go somewhere else. I should have. There was no follow up as promised for me to test drive a car and correspondence was so sketchy I gave up. Not only did it take 2 months for me to get my car (with very little correspondence from Hyundai, including days to return my calls), I was given no extras and even had to purchase my car mats and have to go elsewhere to get my windows tinted. While my salesman claimed to be giving me a good deal, the car became cheaper to buy by the time I picked it up - 2 months later. On the day I picked up my car, my ‘salesman’ was so rude and dismissive that he handed me the keys and said ‘you don’t need me to go through the car right’ When I told him I did because I had never even seen the car because there were none in stock on the day I purchased, he made me feel like an inconvenience and increased his rudeness while stomping around the car. I ended up requesting to speak to a manager as I no longer wanted to deal with my original person. There was no ribbon or bottle or bubbly, or any kind of special new car purchase feeling. I left in tears and with a lasting impression of Werribee Hyundai. On a positive I do love my car, and in two or three years, when I upgrade, I know where I won’t be going.
* The original salesman was Chris Martin.
