I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Service Manager Aaron. He is truly exceptional at his role. Aaron is soft-spoken, attentive, and consistently provides excellent service. I only wish all service operatives could demonstrate the same level of professionalism and dedication.nnEven though he is a manager, Aaron is incredibly humble and approachable. He recently went above and beyond to help me when I had an incident — my side mirror fell off and I was stranded. Despite the urgency, Aaron personally helped by gluing the mirror so I could safely drive until the replacement parts arrived. His support made a stressful situation far more manageable.nnAaron’s professionalism, humility, and willingness to help make him truly stand out, and I hope his efforts are recognised.
Purchased a used car from Werribee Hyundai in December 2025. The Team were polite and friendly, however I deducted a point for my salesman who lost interest in my satisfaction / the end-to-end process after i signed the paperwork.nRest of the team were great.
In May this year I bought a Hyundai i30N Series prestige, I hope the car lasts longer than the remote key! The black cover on the lock button fell of making it inoperable unless I jiggled it, went into Hyundai Geelong because it was closer, couldn’t help me because I didn’t buy it there, but more of less said though luck, you will have to buy a new one for over $350, I do not drop my keys or throw them around, and find this ridiculous, I have many people admiring my car which I absolutely love, and when I bought and got it serviced the first time was so impressed with everything, but not anymore thiskey should last a little longer than 3months!
