Such friendly and helpful staff. The service is great. I had just picked up my new Ford. Can't say enough about the awesome staff. My mate Michael Bramley who was fantastic from the first time I visited to when I picked up the vehicle. Made the experience a very enjoyable one. Highly recommend Westpoint Ford for your next car. 👍👍

Quick and good service. Slightly on the more expensive side but seems very thorough. It was ready on time and cost what they quoted. Overall a happy customer. For 5 stars just needs to be a bit quicker. Took the whole day for a minor service.

I normally service my own car (I don't trust others), but i couldn't get something working. I took it to Westpoint Ford and in the end it was a simple $12 part that needed replacing. They could have charged me a lot and i wouldn't have known any better but they didn't. They were really helpful and friendly. I would recommend them for sure.

Only dealt with spare parts here, although the fellas here are fantastic! Very helpful in person or on the phone. Top guys. Hopefully I won't need to come in for some time, but when I do I know I'll get top service!
