Visited this place on our family trip to NZ. The food is authentic. Look for Mr Raghubeer for great hospitality.
I had a wonderful experience at the Taupo Indian cuisine restaurant,Taupo, and I wanted to give a special shout-out to Grace for making it truly exceptional. Grace’s friendly manner added to the wonderful dining experience and made it truly enjoyable. She was attentive to all customers needs, provided helpful recommendations, and ensured that everything was perfect throughout my meal. Grace’s dedication to her work and her ability to make customers feel valued really stood out. I highly recommend visiting the restaurant and having the pleasure of being served by Grace.Prices were genuine and reasonable too. Cheers
Very tasty meals, we had chilli chicken for a starter and lamb vindaloo and korma lunch specials. Reasonable prices which are hard to find lately and fantastic service!
Must go to in Taupo! This is a great restaurant. Really well priced compared to Taupo restaurants so it is worth driving the 1km out of downtown. We had two spice levels my husband mild and I had spicy which was amazing! They made homemade mango icecream that was delicious! Will make a point to go again when we stop back in Taupo.
I agree with some of the other reviewers - this has got to be one of the best Indian meals I've ever had in a restaurant. Really lovely service and heaps of delicious food for a very reasonable price. If I lived here, I'd be there once a week. Highly recommended.
