I visited during dinner time yesterday and today, and the staff were incredibly friendly!! The store was also super clean and beautiful.nThe staff's kindness made Taupo even more enjoyable. Thank you.
Had a lovely time meeting the team here they were very helpful toward myself and friend as we needed help. Appreciate the team here at Taupo KFC they were very fast woth oir food aswell
Terrible experience. Waited almost an hour for our food, saw people come and go who had ordered after us. No apologies or update on delay even though we were in there with four very patient kids. Once food arrived, kids snack boxes looked good but our salad was full if questionable chicken that we ended up not eating. Thankfully burger fuel pulled through with a fresh burger within five minutes!
Our family of five stopped at KFC Taupo for dine-in on our way back to Auckland. We ordered a summer bucket to share. When we received our order, we requested paper plates, cups, ketchup, and napkins, but were informed these items were unavailable. It is unclear how a group of five is expected to share a single bucket without individual serving ware. We then requested a box, which was also declined by staff. We were ultimately provided with a large serving tray for our dine-in experience. We believe that customer satisfaction is paramount to any business's success, and our patronage is a key factor in your operations.nStaff were not even remorseful for the actions with zero assistance behaviour. Pathetic and disappointing experience.
Genuinely the worst KFC I’ve had. Service was quick and staff seemed nice, but the burgers were wet. Actively wet. The lettuce had gone so limp it was like it had been cooked inside the bun, and the chicken patty was damp and soft too. The food tasted slightly sour, like it had gone off a bit. The food had clearly been made earlier and left out for too long, really disappointing
