Service was impeccable considering the staff were reasonably young. Absolutely fantastic! Food was delicious and can’t wait to come back when we are in Taupō again. !
Went there for Brunch on Saturday of the long weekend. Great service and really good value food. Would be more than happy to come back again.
Amazing place, beautiful atmosphere, friendly servers and incredible food.nnAt the edge of the Lake, nestled between shops and restaurants with a cozy outside area.nnTaupo is stunning as is, but Dixie Browns is definitely one of the reasons why, sad we have to leave early the next morning or we would spend all day there.nnLooking forward to the next time we are in Taupo to visit again.
It's a great spot for the whole family. We came here with our 5 year old son, and the kids menu was a hit. The dinosaur theme was genius and made him excited about his meal. We ate outside under the heaters, which was lovely for an April evening - they had little blankets you could use too while dining outside.nnWe were served by a lovely young waiter Blonde hair and braces who gave us our meal suggestions and we ABSOLUTELY loved them. His recommendations were spot on and were thoroughly enjoyed.nnWe tried a cheesecake from the desert cabinet and it was delicious. All in all, a great spot, we would definitely return again!
Great night here. The customer service was on point staff were very friendly and our order for 5 was at our table within 10 minutes. I was very impressed with such efficiency and every meal looked so delicious. We didn't get to the dessert menu because no one could eat anymore so that's a 10/10 for me. The only downside about this place is it seems quite small with minimal room to move especially where the bar is situated.
