Delicious drinks, provide blankets, comfortable seats, friendly and prompt service. Highly recommended for a special occasion.
The seats were large, comfy and spacious. However, I was really annoyed that I could see a constant bright light from one of the seats in the row in front of me. It turns out that the light was from the light switch from someone eating food. It was on throughout the whole movie so it was really distracting. When I finally got up and asked the lady whether she could turn it off, she didn't know how to. It would be good if the staff showed customers how to turn off the light, because a lot of people don't know how to turn it off and it's super annoying when you're paying more money to watch movies at a boutique cinema. Maybe someone/staff can come in 30 min after serving food to take the light stand away.
This theater used to be fantastic, but after my last visit, it seems the standards have declined. The couches in the lobby were stained and dirty. Additionally, they no longer offer glass bottles of Coke and soft drinks; instead, they’ve switched to bulky metal reusable bottles, which don’t exactly convey a “boutique” cinema experience. The tops of these bottles had fingerprints, raising concerns about their cleanliness. The only redeeming feature was the reclining movie theater seats. If you want to maintain your reputation as a boutique cinema, you need to return to the high standards you once had.
Very nice welcome and personal attention given. Cinema 2 afforded nice spacious seating and lazyboy style leg rests. Great views from the deck and a lift for those unable to manage 4 flights of steps!
Bringing the romance back to the cinema, this place is great, making going to the movies again special. Always clean and a great atmosphere. My experience with the staff has always been great.
