Super comfy in the cinema as all seats recline. We were in cinema 2 and could hear the sound from cinema 1 in the background during some parts of our movie. It was quite warm in the theatre, luckily I had something to use as a fan.
Lovely customer service received tonight, good upsell to get me on the Hoyts membership and amazing advice! Thanks to the young lad at the counter! Clean tidy facility! Toilets require TLC as they smelt of urine, and a couple of seats were not reclining so we had to move seats. Overall good experience of the theatre!
Good comfortable seats! Needs a good clean!nnAs well , they turned th3 heater way too high! It was like a sauna inside :nnWe told the workers twice! Didn't enjoy the the movie as it was way too hot! Even the kids were hot and asked the adults to go tell someone to turn AC on!
The seats are great but the AC was turned off so we spent 2.5 hours suffering in warm stale air. The staff were told about the heat before the trailers finished, they said they adjusted the settings but by the end of the movie nothing had changed.
Came here on a date with my wife and wanted to give the Lux a try and we thought the Botany location would be better over Sylvia Park. The food we were looking forward to enjoy together with the movie was appalling. The pizza was burnt, it tasted hard and the service button wasn’t working after pressing it twice. The seats material were worn off and the couple sit far apart. The price for this service isn’t worth it.
