It's a good cinema. Very quiet during the weekday, which I like.nnStaff are friendly.nnIt's over two levels. The foyer and games arcade is on one level and the theaters on another.nnThe seats are a bit small for me as a bigger person, but generally comfortable with a lot of space between rows.nnAll the latest releases and a good Asian selection Bollywood, Korean, etc., which you don't normally find at other theatres.nnThere is 3 hour parking outside the cinema.nnI'm quite impressed.

I would love to give this a better rating. This used to be my hang out in my earlier days and was a Amazing theater. But these days its in shambles. Floors are sticky, roof is leaking, toilets are a mess when I go, seats are broken, numbers are missing seats which make it hard and there extremely dirty. The staff are amazing and I can see there trying to keep costs down at the ticket end of things to keep people coming in. But unfortunately needs alot of t.l.c to give it new life, and a deep clean.

I recently visited WestCity Cinema, and unfortunately the customer service was not up to standard. Some staff at the counter came across as rude and not very welcoming, which affected the overall experience. The cinema itself is fine, but better training and a more friendly attitude from front-line staff would really improve customer satisfaction. Hope to see improvements in future visits.

Place is ok, parking up the top level walk in and head up 1 more level the main screen showing movie times is never on, the carpet is old the toilets are kept clean but there old the entire place is quite run down really. Staff are always friendly, I was chatting to one girl and she was saying the movies are quite these days she had been working there for a while. Popcorns still yum.
