I wouldn’t even have given 1star if i wouldn’t had to give this review. Pathetically disgusting, filthy, and yuk vibe. Felt like cancelling my tickets. Please send some cleaners over here fast at Cinema 4!!!!!!!!!!!!!nSeems like this place aka so called Event Cinemas Westcity didn’t clean this place for ages. The fabric on the seats reeks of laziness and unhygienic conditions. This place is a breeding ground for diseases. Perfect example of poor management.

Place was good but it seemed to chilled and relaxed. Cashier person was nice but when we went to go see the movie and show our tickets but there was no one there. Anybody could have walked up there to go see any movie they want. Then while we were in the actual movie theatre my seat had popcorn crumbs all over it and people behind me were kicking my chair.

Good range of movies and the theatre was a decent size, but was surprised at how dirty it was. From the elevators leading up to the floor, the carpets were stained and smelly, the seats had stains all over them and were uncomfortable, and the floor to the seats were sticky. Obviously the cleaners didn't care about the job they did. Very disappointing that they don't care enough about the image. Was an overall terrible experience. I'm not the only one writing a review about the filth. Last one was 3-days - 3-months ago and its still filthy now. Won't be going back.

Happy to see improvement made in regards to cleanliness at cinemas. Staircase was noticeably much cleaner as well as the toilets too spotless! Overall well done to all the staff & team Westcity
