0/5 stars.nnI went here this week with some family members to watch The Backrooms and had one of the worst cinema experiences I’ve ever had. We spent close to $100 on tickets and food, only to have the entire movie ruined by loud music and noise coming from the cinema next door.nnThe noise was constant throughout the film and was so bad that multiple people in our cinema were visibly annoyed and complaining. I personally complained four separate times to staff, but absolutely nothing was done about it.nnTo make things even worse, the cinema door had been left open. After my first complaint, I ended up getting up and shutting the door myself because the staff couldn’t be bothered. Even after that, the noise from the neighbouring cinema was still coming through.nnNot once did a staff member come into our cinema to check the issue. Instead, they stayed behind the desk while customers were left to put up with a ruined movie experience. For a business charging these prices, the lack of customer service and effort was unacceptable.nnSpending nearly $100 for a movie night only to be ignored when there’s a major problem is ridiculous. The staff were lazy, unhelpful, and completely failed to deal with an issue that should have been addressed immediately.nnVery disappointing experience. I won’t be returning.
The movie was nice. Went to watch Lilo & Stitch. Bought a stitch blanket from here. The lazy boy chair was nice. It was very comfortable. Customer service was nice. They were very talkative. You can buy alcohol from here. Looks clean and tidy. There's a small arcade game for kids to enjoy here while waiting.
My favourite cinema! It doesn't get too crowded, and all of the cinemas have recliner chairs. Also a good selection of movies and watch times.nnGood cinema to go to if you like international films as well.nnFood places nearby are also great for if you want to do a dinner and movie night!
Terrible cinema experience. Slow service for a busy Saturday night. Lack of staff on & no one manning the bar area. When I did finally get served they had no idea where a red wine glass was so poured me a red in a sparkling wine glass instead. Bathrooms were a disgrace. 3 blocked toilets with one not being cleaned probably, no soap in the dispensers, blocked hand basins and water everywhere. Apart from the recliner chairs there was nothing else pleasant about my experience and therefore will not be going back there again. Sad to see a good cinema back in the days be run into the ground. Definitely needs new management.
Was served by a nice young man named Hugo last week. He was super friendly and made buying tickets and food super easy. legendary service. will definitely be back.
