Went to see alien at cinema 1 but the movie is not scary at all compare to the cinema environment. The smell is really bad and rubbish everywhere on the ground.nThe most scary thing is the seat. I smell shit on the seat before I seated. It made me sick and almost throw up. Obviously someone shit on the seat and not cleaned much. The whole cinema need to be renovated otherwise I really encourage everyone NOT to go there!!

Very disappointed in the food in Gold Class, very small portions compared to previous visits. I have been a regular for 20+ years and the menu hasn't changed since I last visited, but the Wedges with Cheese & Bacon and the Sundae I ordered were much smaller. At best, they are about 60% of the size they used to be. The potato wedges used to be a decent sized serving that would fill me up but now it is served in a tiny bowl. The sundae glasses are much smaller as well and look like they only fit about 1 scoop of ice cream. The movie and service were fine, but given the food is the primary reason to go to Gold Class vs a regular movie session, I doubt I'll be going back.

I have been staying here for the past 15 years, and have seen the transformation of the hotel , watching the old being renewed and watching the new hotel being built, the family ghat owns this palace are very proactive and wonderful people, I always love staying here, Central location and the restaurant food is awsome, Korean Fried Chicken , after 15 years its always a pleasure go stay here, thank you, to my followers who see this post 110% place your advanced booking, great hotel great location and Dunedin is a great place

Came by to watch one of the Demon Slayer movies. The cinema is located by the food court. There is a pick up kiosk at the entrance otherwise you can go to the counter to get the tickets and food. There is a fairly large arcade at the bottom of the stairs. The theatres are located upstairs.
