Came by to watch one of the Demon Slayer movies. The cinema is located by the food court. There is a pick up kiosk at the entrance otherwise you can go to the counter to get the tickets and food. There is a fairly large arcade at the bottom of the stairs. The theatres are located upstairs.

Excellent customer service and amazing staff. Asked the lovely Libby at the counter if we could take our autistic children to have a look at a cinema before purchasing tickets to see if they were ready. She happily sent us upstairs to view two cinemas. Made our day and the kids too. Unfortunately the kids weren’t quite ready for the experience but we were so grateful for the staff allowing us to look and we didn’t waste $70 if the kids got overwhelmed mid movie. Really appreciate the team.

My go-to cinema! A little more pricey, but you get what you pay for. Further out than my local Hoyts, but definitely worth the drive for a wider selection of films and showtimes. Good popcorn and drinks for reasonable prices, and always clean and professional. My partner and I love going to VMAX films and getting one of the double daybeds, so comfy and always very clean. Very friendly staff too!nnEdit: I've taken one star off for a recent experience where the cleaning took more than 20 minutes and we ended up being 'allowed' to enter the cinema less than 5 minutes before the film started. Would have been nice to have more time prior to the film to get settled.

The staff is kind.. I hope the theater screen will be improved because of the occasional vibration
