I had a great experience at Gold Class in Event Cinemas Albany. The lounge is beautiful and sets the mood for a relaxing night. The seats are extra big, super comfortable, and come with a personal table—perfect for enjoying the movie in comfort. I really appreciated the friendly staff; they were helpful and knew exactly what was gluten-free, which made ordering easy. The nachos were delicious—hot, cheesy, and great for movie snacking. I also loved the food and drink service during the movie—it was smooth and didn’t disturb the experience at all. Highly recommend for a special night out!

My friend and I recently watched the Demon Slayer movie here and had a great experience. The self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, making it easy to collect our tickets. The staff were friendly and professional, especially when my friend bought an ice cream. The cinema itself was clean and well-maintained, and the movie was thoroughly enjoyable.

It was a nice place family outing. Can take your kids to movies and gaming places. Heaps of fun.

I had a very poor experience with the manager, Cara. She was dismissive and rude when I asked for help, which made the situation stressful. Customer service needs to be more professional and considerate. She should not be a manager but the rest of the staff was cool honestly just Cara said she would kick us out and will not give us a refund honestly it’s a disgrace and a embarrassment to the company
