A Disappointing Cinema ExperiencennThe ticket and snack prices at this cinema are simply unreasonable. It feels like the management has chosen a direct approach: reaching into the pockets of everyday people, especially families.nnDo you honestly plan to screen films for empty seats? Cinema should be an affordable cultural experience, not a luxury.nnDo you have any intention of reviewing your pricing strategy, or is the goal to pass all your costs straight onto the public without any consideration?nnIf you truly care about cinema and community access, it's time for a serious rethink of your pricing model.nThanks
Confusing layout, too many stalls, I was so lost as to where to start and pay and take. Its somewhat built on a good supervision/tell the truth situation. Even the teller explained to me what to do and it was still not clear. I miss the time when you got everything from one teller and he would get it for you, that way you knew what you were doing. The staff seemed bothered by people like me who didnt know what to do. Awkward experience. Not running back in a hurry. Very odd experience.
over priced, charges a booking fee, seats smell. double booked others in our seats and movie didn't even start on time 20min late and I'm not talking about the trailers either just a blank screen. stay at home buy an online screening
I came out last night for Late Night Thursday. The movie was not bad and the seats were clean. However where is the manager!? Waited 10-15mins in line. There was ONLY 1 staff at the counter last night, fending for herself. She was sweet but too slow and overwhelmed by the line. There were 2 male staffs chatting away by the entrance of the cinema to check/rip your tickets before you go in. They saw her overworked but did not come to her rescue. Super lazy and should just go home if you're not planning to work & help as a team. After my movie was over, there appeared to be now 2 staffs at the counter. Why weren't they there when there was a line of people waiting... Please have a staff meeting with them, I know they're young but they need guidance and proper training. Check your security cameras, you'll know what I mean.
We attended a screening at Hoyts Sylvia Park-Screen3 and from the moment the movie started, it was clear something was wrong. The sound quality was absolutely terrible — muffled, patchy, and totally lacking the immersive audio you’d expect and pay for. Dialogue was hard to hear, sound effects were flat, and there was no impact whatsoever. It felt like the speakers were broken or barely working.
