The theater is not maintained properly. There was popcorn all over the seats, and the floor from the previous shows. Drinks were left in the holders and spilled on the seats. Despite booking seats, we were forced to move and adjust since our seats were dirty.

Would highly avoid these guys. Staff might be new so we have them the benefit of the doubt. It’s the weekend when you know it’s going to be busy please have more staff available/ trained. We waited in line for 25mins just to get some popcorn. We had bought the tickets at the self service kiosk. Eventually we gave up and went into the theatre as we didn’t want to miss the movie. My partner left after 30mins into the movie to get us some popcorn there was still a long line and the same worker was having issues and needed help. The theatre was a mess and wasn’t cleaned. Truly disappointed as this is our local.

Just watched Dune 2 in Gold class. Really disappointing experience.nThe path lighting had been covered with tape but it still was too bright, because of this you could not see half the movie. The lights from the path also cast shadows onto the screen.nHighly recommend going to another cinema to see this movie!

The seats were disgusting, I found puddles of soda in the drink holders and some with popcorn, pop corn all over seats, and the movie blacked out half way throughout the movie and only had sound. We notified the staff and they said they would deal with it, it took the 10 minutes to get it back on but it had no more sound. The toilets smelt like urine and the ground is filthy. My son had to complain about the urine of the floor and the rubbish around the theatre and outside of the cinemas, we highly won’t recommend going until they clean up the rubbish, fix the cinema movie recorder and the sound, and remove the urine around the toilets

Generally this cinema is ok - 4 stars. The prices are reasonable, the decor is awful, but it works.nWent to go to a midday film today. The charge was $25! No discount for anyone - seniors, students etc. Some deluded idea of a better experience.nWell I declined and the cinema was virtually empty.nDisappointing. No clear indication on the website that this was the case. Hope the management can improve on their planning.
