Reading Cinemas Lynnmall

Great cinema complex to go to. Good quality audio, movie, and seating. Not very busy at all. Great value for money. Friendly staff. Watched Vemon two days ago. Only 4 people watching including myself.

This is a review for Readings Gold Class. Ok. You pay $32 per ticket to put your feet up. That's it. My seat was covered in popcorn. Yuk. 3 years ago I pointed out to staff that the chair I was in the footrest didn't go up. Fixed? I'm sure they just don't sell tickets to that seat. Unbelievable. Wicked was good though. I enjoyed that Happy New Year.

Saw Wicked today in Gold Class.nTicket machine wasn’t working.nPaid for food ten minutes before movie started to be brought in when movie started. Food arrived over an hour later. There were only a few people in the cinema and I was first to arrive.nVery slack service. Should have brought my own food!!

Unfortunately Moana hit much harder than we expected and the entire day just got away from us.nWe had managers on duty, they were serving on Candy Bar while staff were cleaning cinemas or working in kitchen. Stock arrived during the day but we were busier yesterday when kids are at school, than a normal school holiday day.nSo unfortunately, yes we were understaffed as we were around 5x busier than last Thursday and about 3 times busier than we had staffed for.nI know this is not ideal but we are looking at the roster today to amend for the rest of the week. This level of business has not been seen outside of school holidays since before the pandemic. It's great to see, but we were definitely caught out.nWe are working to rectify this.nApologies if it ruined your experience with us, I'd love to invite you back with a couple of free standard tickets so you can enjoy the cinema when it's more under control.nHenry-Stewartnn-------‐nGood morning. My partner and myself went to watch a movie at your cinema last night. There is no nice way of putting this, however the cinemas are an absolute disgrace, dirt wise! From the mess all through out the foyer, stock lining up the side walls, mess all over the carpets, sticky tables at the booths, to the unhygienic toilets, we were so disappointed and quite frankly disgusted. You'd think that with the likes of Netflix and all other streaming services, your company would be making an effort to attract and keep loyal customers? Why would anyone want to come and spend money when that's the environment one comes into?nnDo you have a Manager on shifts? Are you understaffed? Do you have a regular hygiene service coming in to clean toilets? So many questions!nnWe would not hurry to come back and use your facilities until you clean up your act and respect your paying customers. Thanks.

Another great movie experience here at reading cinemas! I booked our tickets this time and my husband was so pleased to get his favorite seats. Our kids enjoyed watching Transformers. We highly recommend it if your Transformers fans.
