Riccarton Mall Motel

Great spot with everything you need right at your fingertips. The room was so clean!nnThe real MVP, though? A plug outlet right by the toilet bowl! Now I can charge my phone while I contemplate life. Truly a modern-day luxury!

We found our stay to be pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm and clean. It was in a great location with the mall right across the road. It had everything we needed for a nights stay at a reasonable price.

Everything was fine. My only complaints is that my skin feels super dry after a hot shower and I was told that’s a filter issue. Also the locks are very janky, they should have key cards or something to at least improve the locks but everything else was fine : could use with a kitchen sink as well.

Room was clean, was good to get the room cleaned everyday, unfortunately the electric blankets did not work and did not notify the manager as he was sick with the flu, 2nd to last day we come back at night to have the front door unlocked which was not ideal, and our room did not get cleaned the day before we left. Good location and the spa was great.

Convenient location right across the shopping mall and Macs. You can do groceries before heading off for your road trip. Very friendly staff managing the place and check-in was easy!
