We booked an apartment and were really impressed with the daily cleaning service, fresh towels and bin replacements every day, which made our stay super comfortable. The reception staff Aurel is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. He even provided discount vouchers for local attractions, which was a nice bonus.nThe service was exceptional from start to finish and we truly appreciate everything the Aurel did to make our stay enjoyable. Our whole family had a great time it was a perfect holiday. Thank you Aurel for your excellent hospitality

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was also great as it was easy to get to anywhere. Emma and Fidel are very friendly, and they responded promptly to our request. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Wifi very limited and intermittent. Bathroom needed thorough clean particularly round windows and shower door.nNoisy location and difficult to drive north.nGood privacy and liked our little sun porch, unit 8.nStaff very pleasant to deal with.

Had a lovely stay at Bella Vista Christchurch. Hosts were very accommodating. The 3 bedroom apartment is great for a family. Nice and close to the CBD
