Wouldn't stay again !nEMERGENCY HOUSING ON SAME PROPERTY and this wasn't disclosed in their advertising. Big domestics happening loud ,abusive wasn't a safe setting especially if you had young children .Terrible smell from shower drain ,heater in bathroom didn't work, the door to outside area, door handle was broken so couldn't use the door this is a fire safety issue . No safety latches on windows so couldn't leave windows open and needed to as place felt very damp on arrival .Looking out windows was looking at a pile of rubbish old bed base ,wood etc Definitely wouldn't have booked in if I had read reviews or seen from road .

Emergency HousingnnOn the same property is another motel that is currently used for emergency housing. These people partied all night and looked at us in a way that made my family feel unsafe. They or their friends also had two big dogs that charged towards me when I was doing my laundry. If I had known about this sister motel with the emergency housing people, I wouldn't have put my family in that situation.

Superb stay not far from city not far from buses and spacious comfy clean room. Everyday the tea and coffee was topped up and clean towels along with a quick clean of bathroom carried outnnYour personal belongings will not be touched by the cleaning staff everything I left remained exactly as I left it including my laptop on my bed.nnBooking in after reception is closed is perfectly easy just follow the instructions sent to you by the host. Wifi is strong speed and plenty of data.

Whenever I stay in Christchurch I always stay here. This time I had the family as well so booked a studio plus a two bedroom suite and both were just as expected. Management/ owners were very accommodating when I had to ask for a vacuum cleaner on Xmas day sorry again for that apartment 118!. You can't go wrong staying here...price is great and it is close to all amenities that you could need petrol, fresh choice, bar, takeaways.

The place is really nice and affordable. The rooms are super spacious, and they are located 20 minutes walking from the cbd, which makes the neighborhood quiet but comfortable in the sense you don't have to use your car and then struggle to find a parking spot. The guy working there was super friendly and helped us when we locked ourselves out of the room haha.
