Hi there a good mate of mine came and stayed at your motel for the weekend, I found your motel very under par, shampoo bottles left in there room as they arrived, stained beds, ants shell I name more?. I’m a cleaner with multiple certificates! for example, biohazard cleaning certificate and many more. Your standards definitely need to be upped, and also respect needed towards said customer that are paying to stay.nRefunds a must not worth that amount of money.nCheers

What myself and partner came into room 9 and found we left note. Ants invaded door absolutely filthy never again going back. No cleaning was done. One room wasn't attended to for the time myself and partner was there the doors open with key in. Windows left open all nightnnStuff left from previous people.n0-5nnDisgusting

We had excellent service at your motels,stayed overnight for trip on Coastal Pacific train early next morning,not only did the very pleasant young man drive us in early morning to train station,they also allowed us to leave our car safely parked overnight at the Motels,also picked us up again when train arrived in next night,great service thanks! Comfy bed,great location!

Staff were lovely but the bathroom had a large number of ants the 2nd night in which I mentioned on departure, spiders and webs around windows, corners of walls and behind bedroom door that looked like it had not been luxed in some time. Fridge was not clean had crumbs still in it with someone's hair on the bottom self. Was wanting to stay for a 3rd night for sailgp if room was available but the ants was the final decision not to stay. Someone noted about ants 3 months ago and unclean room.nCould not view anything on the TV in the bedroom, apart from Freeview that kept pausing every minute.nGreat location for the apollo stadium

Our hostess was extremely helpful. I booked a surprise trip in May of this year for a surprise for my husband's 65th birthday in September. Not only did she help keep it a surprise for him, she was knowledgeable of the area and when the surprise didn't happen due to adverse weather, she went over and above the call of duty to accommodate us. Room was snug and warm, perhaps a little tired but comfortable and fully equipped. Will book again when our trip is back on for next year.
