Airport Gateway Motel

We stayed 1 night and found all aspects of the motel to be fantastic. The room was bigger than expected, well laid out and had everything we needed. The restaurants food was great along with the service. A little pricey maybe but not over the top. The staff here are fantastic, so helpful and polite.

I was lucky enough to find this motel in the middle of A rainy night and it was fantastic that John the manager was there in the wee Hours of the morning. The room is spacious and modern, Clean and well equipped. It’s close to the airport and I will enjoy using the free shuttle tomorrow. It has a restaurant on site and the food is great. I got room service A couple of times and it arrived in 15 minutes, with a friendly “enjoy!” The rib eye prawn Asian salad and beer battered fish were both delicious. I never heard any outside noise and slept really well. The bed is really comfortable and the TV is huge. The staff are absolutely lovely. There are a few little shops about five minutes walk away and the bus stop into the city is about three minutes walk. I was only intending to stay one night just to be close to the airport, but I ended up staying three I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous place to stay. Recommend 110%! I arrived the airport at 1am on a freezing cold morning & the lovely Lesley was there minutes later in the shuttle. She was so friendly & welcoming & dropped me off right at the door to my motel with the room lovely and warm and the lights on. Next day Peter dropped me back to the airport to pick up my hire car & he was just as lovely & friendly. The room was spotless & very comfortable. I will definitely be back.

We stayed at the Airport Gateway Motel the night before our flight Nov. 9th, 2024. We were greeted by Jackie and she was fantastic right from the beginning. We had to return our car and Jackie helped us call and confirm exactly where to go and hot us on our way with the information for a shuttle pickup to bring us back. Keith was also amazing, he was the one that took us to our room and showed everything. He was really great as well. Jackie was just such an awesome person she really made our day and Keith really added to it. On top of that, the rooms were fantastic and the beds were very comfortable!nThank you!!!nnTila and family

I went here for dinner. Our reservation was lost, but luckily, there was space. The food was very nice, although slightly highly priced. Thankfully, we had a discount voucher. The restaurant is clean but very snug.
