Millennium Hotel Rotorua

The hotel offers an average experience overall. The staff at reception were friendly and welcoming, which was a positive start to our stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, the cleanliness of the room could be improved; the bathroom mat had visible stains, which was disappointing. Additionally, the walls seemed quite thin as we could hear someone snoring in the adjacent room. With a few improvements, this hotel could be a much better place to stay. Location is great

Good value for money, but only when it's on a deal. Bed is comfortable, but felt unsafe sharing an unlocked door with the neighbour room. Also, could hear everything from the other room people snoring, chatting, kids crying. Bathroom could be more modern - not a big fan of curtains and floor mat. The lack of a microwave and water bottles was a bit disappointing surprise too. Location is amazing though.

My fiancé and I stayed one night here on a spontaneous weekend trip. When we realised we had accidentally made the booking for the wrong night, Alex very kindly changed it to the correct night AND upgraded our room free of charge! The room was warm, clean, and appeared newly-renovated with nice furnishings and a modern bathroom. We would highly recommend using the pool and hot tubs, which are included.nnOur only complaint is that it was quite noisy on level one. Anything above a whisper echoes down the hallway and you can easily hear doors slamming and TVs playing in other rooms. Otherwise, everything was pretty much perfect.

We had 2 rooms to fit the family. The room is average for the price. The bathroom needs renovation. The shower head is broken. However, service is excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is really good as it is close to everything.nWe love the heated pool. My kids enjoyed the pool everyday.

Jut spent two nights there while on a tour.nRoom was okay. Clean but could use an upgrade. The gym is terrible. Two treadmills but one broken. Cable pull-down machine broken. Has a bench and free weights. Breakfast buffet first morning raw bacon,scrambled eggs and the usual. You have to get your own coffee. No bottled water in the room. Dinner was okay and the bar drinks and beer were reasonably priced.
