Pullman Rotorua

Loved the room, loved the staff, lost one star for not having a stocked fridge in the room, why miss a chance to take money off me? Oh and girlfriend said the kunara gnocchi was blah however my beef burger was excellent but the fries were cold. Still would highly recommend

Service is amazing the rooms have the best view of the water and the sun set. Just a little sad that the lounge was closed. this is a really good hotel to stay at recommending it very much

Food was amazing, the atmosphere was lovely, company wonderful as usual. Big shout out to Crystal and her team. They did a fabulous job last night. Even went out of there way to make us Espresso Martinis. They were so good. Look forward to going back and will be recommending to all my friends and family. A+++

Hands down the best hotel in Rotorua. Great size & modern rooms, really good food and fantastic service. Will definitely stay again.

A fantastic new hotel centrally located in Rotorua. Brand new, very modern, and well appointed. No on-site carpark but the team can park your car for a fee.
