Prince's Gate

What a neat hotel. This hotel is an experience rather than just somewhere to stay. Well beyond our expectations. We stayed in a designer room for 3 days. It was comfortable well presented in a victorian style, as is the rest of the hotel. Very friendly helpful staff. The lack of an elevator being its only drawback.

Lovely old hotel. Large rooms with heat pumps. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There are hot pools on site at the back. They are 3 different temperatures. I didn't eat here so I can't comment on the food. Breakfast was a buffet.

It was great for me. I had room by myself. It was cozy and warm. And hotel was convinient for city centre and some places for me. Spa, Garden, restaurants. And hotel I mean house was really lovely. I’ll stay If i have a chance again.

We stayed last week for 3 nights, the 2nd time in last 12 months, and hopefully be back in the not so distant future, the staff and accommodation are exceptional,Plus princes gate so close to the fabulous rotorua attractions.we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Friendly staff and handy central location. Would recommend if you need somewhere to stay

The hotel is fabulous, beautiful history but very clean and staff are wonderful. We also took advantage of the Duke bar and restaurant and the service and food was incredible. The location is perfect- can walk to most places. I would recommend this place to everyone!
