Quest Rotorua Central

This is a very good hotel. The service staff was super helpful. The rooms are very spacious specially if you’re carrying a lot of luggage. There’s a lot of facilities like the kitchenette and washing and drying.nParking is free at night however in the morning there are a few rules that apply along with the charges.nThe location of this place is excellent. You’re very close to pretty much everything you’re planning to do. It’s literally central in every way.nKaren was also super helpful and ensured we had a pleasant stay. All in all it was a very nice experience.

My wife and I just spent the weekend here. Room was very spacious and clean, and staff were very friendly. Short walk to some great restaurants, short drive to wherever you want to go in the town. Highly recommend, thank you Quest.

Spent 2 nights. Rooms were quite large and spacious. Well maintained and all the staff on site were fantastic, not pushy and very accommodating.nnNot much of a view, but we stayed here for the central location to everything more so than what could be seen out our windows.nnParking is FREE on the street from 5pm but they offer you alternate parking options at a cost off the street and behind the building if you rather that. These parks are still accessible by public foot traffic since anyone can just walk down the lane way to your car if they wanted to. We parked on the street both nights and had no issues.nnWould happily stay here again next visit to Rotorua.

We liked Karen she was kind and helpful.nWe did not like we paid for room with hot tub on balcony but what it actually was is a spa bath that took an hour to fill. We did not like that the house keeping only made a bed and didn’t provide fresh linen. We did not like the tv didn’t work for entire stay. We do not like when asking for reasonable compensation they have handled it with extreme rudeness and have failed to address the issues brought to their attention in person or email. Do not recommend and wouldn’t stay again. But Karen on reception is a kind genuine person and we appreciate you. We brought issues to hotels attention in person and via email and they have decided to take the rude approach. I asked on cctv footage for managers email on last day due to being unhappy with housekeeping and tv that was essentially a decorative feature in our room that didn’t work. Booked with hot tub in mind and turned up to spa bath that took an hour to fill and didn’t hold its heat to save its life. Rooms were meant to be serviced no clean linen for 3 days and no bath mat all two days in a row. Won’t stay again due to the insulting rudeness received via email. This place of establishment fails to meet the mark. But Karen on reception is kind and helpful and we can not fault her.

Had a lil weekend get away and really enjoyed our stay at quest! You can book a parking space at the rear, which felt much safer than the street parking. Nice large and clean rooms, really liked the full kitchen washer and dryer. Loved the hot tub on the balcony
