Excellent service, clean and updated room, large common/eating area and very good continental breakfast. Pancake "press" was a fun feature and made great pancakes! Such friendly and helpful staff. Pool was quite cold and a bit in need of a cleaning but there had just been a huge cyclone so hopefully that was just that day. Easy drive or walk to shops and restaurants.

Was a very pleasant stay overall, staff were very friendly and the room was well kept, very clean and welcoming. The entry to the pool and spa however was through the entrance of the kitchen which was a bit uncomfortable for my kids however the stay was very good. Do recommend to others.

We were visiting family staying at the hotel. The reception is friendly, helpful and polite. The room was clean. Maybe clean the escalator door and walls other than that was acceptable throughout. Parking handy as well. Plenty of spacesRooms: 5/5

An excellent hotel located near all essential supermarkets and tourist attractions. The rooms and toilets are exceptionally clean and tidy. The room has all amenities required for a comfortable night will definitely recommend Jet Park to my friends Rooms: 5/5

Stayed for several days in late Jan. Had a wonderful stay. The service from the staff was prompt and friendly. The one issue we had not enough towels left for all members of the group was swiftly fixed. The only fly in the ointment was listening to miss 10 grumble when the pancake machine ran out of batter at breakfast time! She quickly learned who to ask nicely to get that fixed though too. I hope we get the chance to stay again

First night had a standard room 003 which was fantastic and well priced! 2nd night had to book a "superior room" 025 at a higher cost, which was actually very subpar; if we had stayed in 025 on the first night we wouldn't have rebooked; staff at reception where both fantastic! And the continental breakfast was adequate. Need to change your definition of superior.

Had a wonderful stay. Clean and spacious rooms close to town. Only issues slow internet speeds and lack of parking at night. We managed to squeeze into a spot otherwise we would have been parking on the road.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location, ample space for parking, immaculate rooms, amazing value-facilities-comfort for money even compared to 5-star hotels. Jet Park Rotorua set a new bar and caliber that very few hotels can reach.
