JetPark Hotel Rotorua

Awesome hospitality! The room was clean and tidy, with all the appliances well-organized and spotless. And the breakfast — such a huge variety! I simply enjoyed everything. Thank you!

We had a great stay at JetPark, staff were so helpful and friendly; rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable; continental breakfast had a good variety; it was close to supermarkets and restaurants. Will visit again if over this way.

Super family friendly, calm and well equipped. Our kids found the stairs endlessly entertaining and had a great time in the play area above the restaurant. The breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly to us and our kids.

This was a relaxing stay with my teenage daughter. Sunita was a star throughout the booking and time there, and the overall customer service from everyone we met was lovely. For the price point, it had what we needed- a clean big room & bathroom, comfy beds, and a hair dryer. The free continental breakfast was a nice extra. Don't expect frills like subscription tv. But really, we didn't need it. Would stay again.

Always enjoy our stays at Jet Park Rotorua. The managers and staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms have always been immaculate. You also get real milk in the fridge and not those piddly UHT Capsuals. Dinner meals are basic with a good range and very nice. Breakfasts are awesome with the range and variety.
