JetPark Hotel Rotorua

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, location great, and it was probably the best continental buffet breakfast we have had at a hotel. We booked direct with the hotel and stayed for 3 nights, so we received a discount and breakfast. Great value.

Good value for the price and the location is great for exploring Rotorua easily. The downtown area and some attractions are walkable from the hotel which is great. There's nothing fancy about the rooms; they're suitable for tourists out and about most of the day. Continental breakfast was solid, but relatively light - you do need to plan your breakfast times in advance with the front desk as seating is limited.

A good place to stay. Very central and close to amenities. Rooms were clean. Staff were very friendly and informative. Food Room service at the hotel was good, would recommend for anyone to try their Pizza, very good breakfast as well Just the replenish of the food was a bit slow.

We stayed in a family suite as 2 adults, a 4 and a 7 year old and had a great stay. Rooms weren't massive but were clean, modern and well equipped - it was great for kids to have their own room and TV within the suite, plus the small kitchenette came in really handy. Kids loved the pool and hotub went in every day and enjoyed chilling on beanbags in the small indoor kids area. Breakfast had plenty of choice, and staff were very helpful and friendly. We would be very happy to stay here again, would recommend for mid-range budget family-friendly hotel.

Good place to stay, modern, clean and great you can bring pets.nOnly thing I did find disappointing was seeing the poor older lady running around by herself trying to take care of the breakfast area acting extremely stressed, while the male duty manager stood watching from behind the reception area with a bit of an arrogant, superior look on his face. Smile every once in a while and help a bit, it's not nice to see people struggling while others stand around looking down their noses at them. Team work makes the dream work.
