JetPark Hotel Rotorua

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Staff were amazing and accommodating. Bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and the continental breakfast was better than we thought. Only suggestion is to improve the indoor children play area, it’s at the end of the corridor on level one, overlooking the main lobby, unfortunately not in a room as I had imagined. May work better for older kids but not for toddlers.

We had the best time staying at this hotel—our kids loved it so much they didn’t want to leave The rooms and bathrooms were clean and very well maintained, and even the laundry area was spotless.nnWe especially enjoyed the two complimentary spa pools, which were a great bonus for our stay.nnThe service was truly amazing. Although our booking was non-refundable, we had to cancel due to a cyclone—but the team kindly allowed us to reschedule. We originally booked two standard rooms, and upon arrival, they upgraded us to connected rooms, which was perfect for our family so we could eat and spend time together.nnThey went above and beyond by helping us store ice cream in their freezer and even reheating food and delivering it to our room. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay.nnOverall, we highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect—close to shops and the places we wanted to visit—which helped us save a lot on petrol

Love that reception is manned 24/7, that breakfast is open until 10.30am and checkout is 11am. Also loved the spa pool. Staff were awesome too. This is a great place to stay for both active and relaxing holidays, couples, families and groups all catered for..nHighly recommend staying here fir any kind of getaway.

This Hotel is by far standard wise be way behind from other Hotel I've stayed in Rotorua,to be fair the worse I've stayed in and never again for that Price.The staff a friendly which is awesome,but the standard of the rooms are nearly impossible to enjoy.Spa pool needs a clean up 24/7 as the smell and leaves inside and as advertised heated pools but by far it's just a normal swimming pool to be fair,water is cold.The way to enter the swimming pool you gotta walk through Bar area/lounge/dining with people watching to get to the pools.Rooms needs upgrade,microwave,more utensils in rooms,separate room sink area then using toilet sink‍...first Hotel without SkyTV is crazy..The breakfast buffet and menu looks more appealing and nice..overall it's a no for me coming back,I'll rather be in Motel then this Hotel.. Not recommended never again

Great location and freindly staff. However it's just not a four star hotel the standard of room is not there. Generally run down, the shower didn't drain properly, shower glass dirty all the tap and showerware was burnished and old. No mattress protector a poor quality duvet inner with no cover and sheets. The mattress itself could use replacement, filthy windows, an old TV and thin walls not sure how often the air conditioning filter is cleaned either.nWhile it was perfectly ok having stayed in hotels all over the world and New Zealand this executive king room was more a three or even two star standard so the cost just isn't justified.nIt's the little things that make a great hotel room. Probably wouldn't stay again sorry but only because of the room the staff are fantastic.
