What a wonderful meal! Thank you to chef and waiting staff for looking after us so well! We enjoyed the Degustation menu which was so delicious, words can't really express! Also we were really looked after by the waiting staff and the chef even came out to see us! Unbelievably good service and treatment. As for the ambiance of the restaurant, second to none! Amazing. We will be back! Such a wonderful experience. Thank you so much. Although we didn't stay overnight this time, we have stayed and the room was so lovely! Like exceptional really.
Beautifully clean... Great staff at reception. Warm welcome. Great food court very close by. Atticus...scrummy! Super mineral pool. Thanks 4 an awesome stay. Friday night music down road could be annoying 4 some. Not us Nearby activities: Food. Shops. All amenities close by
5 rooms booked for three nights at the Regent to celebrate an 80th birthday. Everyone enjoyed their, stay, the food was exceptional, the facilities suited our needs well. The rooms were great and the location in the was good too.Rooms: 5/5
I am sure the hotel has some nice rooms but we stayed in a cute room, Small would not describe the size of the room. If you do stay at this hotel I would advise avoiding the cute! The room did have everything you would expect from a hotel, the shower was good and the bed was very comfortable.Rooms: 2/5
Was very disappointed, we had booked only for a meal but had to be asked to be seated, had to ask for more drinks and they forgot part of a order which we had to ask for. There was no customer service what so ever. We wanted some where a bit fancy but would have got better service for just a basic restaurant. Very disappointed. The staff really need to up there customer service skills.
bad experience in this hotel. the 2 lady front staffs were rude. understandable some dirty things are okay. its can be happened but too bad memories from these lady’s attitude. i reget to choose this hotel instead of near others even more cheaper. we do not recommend this hotel.
Excellent place all round. Fantastic location, new and clean rooms. Good tv with Netflix. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in this price bracket.Rooms: 5/5
Great location if you're in the area. Service was great, but be warned; the chefs leave at 9pm, so after 9pm, you're out of luck if you want to order anything. On the plus side, the rib eye steak medium rare was like butter and melts in your mouth. Trust me, I love steak and this is one of the best I've had... must be local beef. The room was super cute, but keep your eye out for the lip on the shower edge... you might lose a toe or worse.
Absolutely BEAUTIFUL and SERENE experience here! Staff are great, hospitality top notch and facility spotless! I'm hard to please but nothing to fault here.. 12/10Rooms: 5/5
Was nice but looked like an old hotel converted which was clean and pleasant. Right next door to eat street which was really good.Rooms: 3/5
