Pullman Rotorua

We had a lovely spacious suite with views over Rotorua township and lake glimpses. We appreciated that in lieu of the club lounge, our status was recognised with the upgrade to a suite along with a gold card entitling us to house drinks, soft drinks and barista coffee. This made a very positive impact on our stay. We were only booked for 2 nights but would have stayed longer if not for other commitments.nnFood in the restaurant was good and staff were well trained, always courteous and helpful.

Peaceful and relaxing night. Loved the Nespresso machine in our room and view was great. Parking not great unless you pay for the valet. Easy Check-In and Check-Out with their kiosk.

Liked the location and the staff were lovely. Only thing strange was no privacy with how the bathrooms were situated. Not closed off so everyone in the room could see you walk out of shower. Suite was similar. Lovely room, but beautiful big bath had inly a sheet curtain and again, walking out of shower into basin area fully exposed. No complimentary water or treats.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pullman. The staff were exceptional. They are helpful and genuine. The restaurant was fantastic. Every meal was delicious including the buffet on Christmas day which was a la carte quality. The view from the large windows in the room was lovely. Thank you for making our time ao enjoyable.

Loved the location- it's close to cafes and the lake. Our room was big, clean spacious and had nice shampoo, conditioner and shower wash. Nice touch having fruit in the gym. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was so tasty - I got the snapper and had the caramel dessert - will definitely stay again.
