A very fresh and modern hotel located in the center of small city. Very clean and modern with friendly staff.nrooms are spacious, but have not been designed very thoughtfully. I had a bit of issue finding place to hang my clothes which was a bit strange. The wardrobe size for family day is probably too small.nthere is only one restaurant on site, but the breakfast is delicious although variety is not super large. l had a half board meal plan and the 3 course dinner.nLocation of the hotel is very convenient with shops around and a bus stop right in the front. Also, there are many restaurants in the food Street just behind the hotel.nRotorua is a small place and everything is within a walking distance mainly.nthere is no pool in the hotel and also no outdoor sitting area, which is a bit of disappointment.nThe hotel offers on site bike rental, which is a big plus and it made it very convenient for me to explore the area.nunfortunately, there is no business center on site although there are meeting rooms available, which is something I was not expecting for a hotel of this level .
My wife and 2 kids stayed here for my wife’s 40th. The staff here are amazing. The rooms are great with an interesting shower and toilet set up and very comfy beds. The only thing I can fault it on is there’s no pool, which for a hotel of this stature is rather surprising. The kids were also very sad. However, this didn’t lessen our experience. We will definitely be back again very soon.
Fabulous stay with grandkids during school holidays. Hotel very welcome and buzzing with a great vibe. Has a very cosy yet sophisticated feel with lots of young energetic and polite staff. Restaurant is snug but offers great variety. Breakfast is excellent catering for all tastes from full English breakfast through eastern plus a range of super healthy options. Dinner was great too. Rooms not huge but more than adequate all in a great location a minutes walk to Taste street eateries the lake or the Polynesian Spa Pools 11 minutes walk away.nAll in all excellent and would book again but in an era of indifferent service I would rate the staff as the highest point
Very nice resort. The location was amazing! The staff was great, especially the valet team. We did not try the restaurant since we were within a 1 mins walk to eat street, but each time we passed it was busy with customers. So that is a good sign.nnThe rooms were very very large! I appreciate all the space. The bathroom layout was interesting, but not an issue or any kind.nnThey do have the ability to book in-room massages which is a huge bonus. I would recommend them for your stay in Rotorua.
You can't miss the Pullman when you drive into town; it's a striking hotel with a great appearance. Its location is ideal, close to numerous restaurants, although the in-house dining is also quite enjoyable. We spent 4 nights there, and the spacious rooms were a real treat. The shower was enormous, and the bed was very comfortable. I loved every aspect of this hotel. A big highlight was the amazing staff—they were exceptional and added to the overall experience. I also left my RM Williams belt in the room and only realised it when I returned to Sydney. I reached out to the hotel, and they confirmed they had it and are sending it back to me. That kind of customer service and honesty is truly commendable. I highly recommend staying here!
