Love this place. Low carb food is a specially but all food is good. They have a small store selling keto/low carb products at reasonable prices that cant be found in the supermarket. Staff are wonderful. The eggs bene was amazing.

Fantastic range of keto products. The homemade keto slices, pies and ready made meals are to die for. Super amazing friendly service from a worker called Sianna? I asked her name, can't quite remember what it was sorry.

Good coffee, food are average. They have a good selection of keto and gluten free options. Also, we waited for about 45 mins for our food. Updated: we visited again last week, both food quality and service are improved

Okay place for a coffee and nibble. Decor is basic and pretty standard and the quality of the food and coffee is acceptable, nothing memorable or amazing. The atmosphere is relaxing however and isn’t crowded or noisy
