A great selection of keto, high protein and other dietary specific foods so good on them for making this available.nnThere is a fully stocked shop as well as the cafe for eat in or takeaway. Ther service is always a bit hit and miss though on timing. I wouldn't go there in a lunch half hour.

The savoury curry mince on wholegrain toast is my favourite brunch with a poached egg on top. There are lots of Keto options and the coffee is excellent! Lovely friendly staff & a sort of sugar free/keto grocery on site as well.

Good coffee, food are average. They have a good selection of keto and gluten free options. Also, we waited for about 45 mins for our food. Updated: we visited again last week, both food quality and service are improved

A great place to sit and relax. The coffee is nice and the keto food is delicious.

Okay place for a coffee and nibble. Decor is basic and pretty standard and the quality of the food and coffee is acceptable, nothing memorable or amazing. The atmosphere is relaxing however and isn’t crowded or noisy
