Cosy Cafe

The smashed beef burger and chips is fabulous and very filling. Staff very friendly. Chef, I'm assuming the new owner, very friendly. Came and checked how we and our food were. Iced coffee was ok, but I prefer ice cream and cream in mine rather than ice. Prices seem reasonable.

Haven't been here for a while, looks like new owners? Cold plates, cold food, v average. Coffee was ok and staff friendly. Really need to make cleaning bird shit off back of outdoor chairs a priority, and it's end of Jan... maybe time to remove dead Xmas tree from the outside dining area?

I have been going to this cafe for 5 years and this is the worst it’s been. I loved the cheese scones however they are now what I call pancake cheese scones. There is no consistency in regular well made food. Depends on the day as to what you will get and how long you have to wait. Not even close to what it was prior to the new owners. I feel for the staff as they don’t seem to have any leadership or support from the new owners.

Stop-by Cosy cafe for lunch after visit to Willowbank Park. The food is great especially their Egg Benedict. The restaurant easily accessible and quiet. Owner is friendly and humble. She makes our family feel at home.
