Ris'tretto Cafe

I'm on a quest to find the best cheese scone in Chch and someone recommended I try your cafe. They weren't wrong! I've been to 15 cafes so far and your scone is easily top 3! Coffee was also incredible, the vibes of the cafe are so lovely, and your staff were very nice and friendly and helpful! Will be coming back for sure

Service was lacking, asking for a bottle of water and a few glasses was such a problem when it's wasn't even busy. Really loud, washing basket on the table. Food was slow to come out. Wasn't a great experience

Amazing cozy place with really nice staff. Coffee and food are great. The highlight for us as toddler twin parents is the separate little place for the kids, that's so helpful and thumbs up for having this option, as not many cafes are baby friendly. Maybe adding a changing table to the bathroom would be awesome

Very disappointing experience. Every time I went a pickup order, I end up waiting far longer than expected. What’s the point of ordering ahead if you still have to stand around and wait like a walk-in customer?nnThe service is extremely poor and unorganized. Staff don’t seem to care about customers’ time, and there’s no proper communication about delays. Even simple updates are missing, which makes the whole experience frustrating.nnThis has happened multiple times, not just once, so it clearly shows a lack of management and professionalism.nnI would not recommend this place to anyone. If you’re thinking of ordering for pickup, be prepared to waste your time and Money unless you are rich.
