Amazing cafe with awesome little bookshop and overall ambience. I had a venison and red wine pie and latte that were delicious!

That was a textbook cappuccino, just perfect! How do you even make the foam this smooth? If you guys ran a barista course, I’d totally want to learn here. The coffee was seriously amazing

Really big space. Best french toast I’ve ever had and I’ve had heaps. The high didn’t last for long as the lamb sausage roll was extremely dry and hard. Couldn’t cut through it and biting it was leathery. Drinks were all fine and at the right temperature. Service and atmosphere were just fine, it’s quite dark. Lots of other chch cafes I’ll be heading to next time before returning here.

Went for brunch, the French toast was delicious. Loved the gift shop at the front too

I haven't sampled the hot foods here yet, but I'll definitely try it next time. The soy latte was expertly prepared, and the cozy ambiance, complemented by the nearby bookstore, is perfect for Christchurch weather.
