Cheap. Quiet. Secure. No backpacker style party atmosphere here. 
It did mean that I could treat my body as an amusement park behind a locked door, safe in the knowledge that I wasn't going to get startled just as I was on The Vinegar Strokes

Super affordable accommodation located in the CBD of Perth, the area is rather quiet. Room is nice, we had a big room with kitchen and shower. There are vending machine for drinks, washing machine for $2 and dryer for $1.

Simple clean accommodation friendly staff ..Share,showers,toilets,kitchen..Not luxury.
